We live in a world where you can get called out for things that used to be recognized as good things like patriotism, love of our country and our flag that so many brave citizens and soldiers have given so much to defend. I want my country back, the one my father knew serving in the Navy during WWI. I'm so glad my daddy ain't here to see what a total mess has been made of things.Who I am and How I got herehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05466230195382132894noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3410387772840321888.post-9701110386776465422015-03-14T19:48:51.359-04:002015-03-14T19:48:51.359-04:00The student at issue should have left up his tweet...The student at issue should have left up his tweet! He has every right to tweet about the contents of a test that he took. As long as there was no test impropriety, and he didn't photograph the test or tweet while the test was still underway, he has every right to discuss, post, or tweet test questions as he remembers them or his opinions on the test! If that had been my child, I would have left his tweet up. The right to speech, even for children, includes the right to opinions and actual experiences, even if Pearson is involved. Teachers may be under a gag order, but our children are most certainly not.Concerned parenthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02316664483122371726noreply@blogger.com
